Thanksgiving
We must praise the Lord every day. Especially on Thanksgiving Day, we must Praise the Lord to the utmost. The Lord, our God needs our lips to say: ”Thank you. “
Ever since, we were small kids, our parents were telling us to have a good character. When you ask them to give you, something, they tell you to say first:” Please,” but if you just say:”Give me.” Heck on wheels. They slice and dice you. After you receive what you ask for, you must also say:” Thank you.” Otherwise; heck on wheels! They slice and dice you. When your parents tell you to say:” Please and thank you,” they want to help you develop a good image in the society. They want you to be a man of praise and thankfulness. Parents are right. Everybody likes praise and thanks. So, follow their instruction. Thank them for raising you in the right way. You will have a good name in the society. God is also happy when you thank and praise Him.
God loves us. He made Jesus sin to take away our sin, so that we would become righteous. See 2nd Corinthians 5:21. Besides that, God Al-Mighty protects us every day. He provides us everything we need. Here is a written evidence to encourage you praise the Lord.
Because of the perpetual enmity among men, Satan and God, there is drama. The earth is the stage. Men are the actors. God is the protagonist. Satan the deceiver is the intriguer. In the drama when people run their daily business, the devil interferes and tries to deceive man. When this happens, God intercepts his deception. When He intercepts our enemy from causing danger upon us, we must thank God. He is happy when we glorify, dignify, magnify and praise Him. Concerning this, God says:”He, who glorifies me, receives salvation.” See Psalm 50:23.
1/10th / 1:10 / of the lepers
Praises God
Once upon a time, on His way to Jerusalem, Jesus met with ten men who had leprosy. When they saw Jesus, the ten men with leprosy said:” Master! Have pity on us.”
Then filled with compassion, Jesus said:” Go and show to the priests. As He told them, they went, and were cleansed. Nonetheless; one of them, a Samaritan, when he saw that he was healed, coming back to praise God, he thanked Jesus in a loud voice. But Jesus asked, were not all the ten cleansed? Where are the other nine? “Rise and go- your faith has made you well. See Luke 17:11-19
Solomon praised God
After King Solomon finished the Temple of Jerusalem, he offered numerous sacrifices to dedicate the Temple for God, he offered a sacrifice of 22,000 oxen and 120, 0000 sheep. In synchronize with the burnt offering, all the people of Israel were offering their lip sacrifice, praising the Lord. For example; Levites were praising the Lord with numerous instruments, saying:” His mercy endures forever.” See 2nd Chronicle 7:4-6
Now, we do not anymore offer the Blood of bulls, goats and sheep. Jesus shed His Blood for the forgiveness of our sins. We just in this time of grace praise the Lord washing ourselves with the Blood of Jesus. See Matthew 26:28.
Man is Created
To praise the Lord
We are created to praise the Lord. So, we have to keep our life free from the love of money. To be effective in that, we have to be content with what we have. Regarding Jesus said:
” Never will I leave you.
Never, will forsake you.” See Hebrew 13:5.
Therefore; we need to extol or lavishly praise the Lord, the Most High. Once upon a time, David went to Gath, country of Goliath. The people knew him. They surrounded him. This time to disguise himself, David before them acted as a madman. In fear that they will kill him, his saliva runs down his beard. The people told the king that he was David who killed Goliath. But the king said:” He is a mad man. Why do you bring him to me? “
Regarding this the Book of Psalms, which David wrote says:” Extol the Lord at all times. His praise will always be on my lips. My soul boasts in the Lord. The humble shall hear and be glad. “See Psalm 34:1-2.
